Dear District customers,

The Board of Directors wants to remind you about a letter from our legal counsel and an enclosed Cross-Connection survey that was mailed to you on February 26, 2026.  The District needs all of the surveys completed asap.  If you missed the mailing, the Survey is available on the District website (and linked here in this email).  Please complete the survey and return in the self-addressed stamped envelope provided to you in the mailing, or return the survey by email to vildibill@ffcolorado.com.  The latter email address is the law firm where mailings also go.

The Survey information is critical for the District water operator to have data needed to ensure compliance with Colorado law and the public health and safety of the District’s water system.  The Board and operator would like all surveys completed and returned before the next Board meeting on May 14, 2026.  Failure to return the survey will result in the need for the District’s operator to conduct inspections on properties that do not submit the required information or may result in interruption of water service.
